  I've lived here for 3 years now and I can say I enjoyed living in this community. Only one time was there any issue with someone breaking into cars, but being right off the 95 corridor and so many other neighborhoods its impossible to blame Stonegate. At first I would be surprised is lf a maintenence request took more than a day to get taken care of and the pond always looked great. I would have given THAT Stonegate 5 stars easy. However, last year a new company bought the community and I've noticed a sharp decline. I've been asked for paperwork ive provided no less than 5 times, the pond was not managed and became a swamp last summer, My air and heat break constantly and they wont replace anything and almost none of the ammenities they boast were even available. I tried to hold out, but the price theyre asking for a small 2 bedroom apartment is just not worth it. I'd like to believe ive been a model tenant, im never late with rent and no complaints have been lodged against me to my knowledge, I just hope they dont try to screw me when i leave.
