  I contacted this company to appraiser a house in Maryland for an estate, the wife who helps run the business and answers the phones seems to be very disorganized and extremely forgetful. I scheduled the appraisal 2 weeks in advance, and 2 days before they were supposed to be there she called me to ask if I still needed them there and had to ask for the address again. She did tell me they only take cash or check, she did not tell me it had to be an in state (local) check. I gave her husband, the appraiser a check the day he came out, but it was from out of state, which the husband said nothing about. I was promised that the appraisal would be done in one week, when I called them to see why I had not received the appraisal she said my check was out of state and they were waiting for it to clear, I explained that it has cleared my account the week prior, she said she will check on it and send the appraisal. I called the next day because I still had not received the appraisal, she was very angry, and rude.... said that it's only been 2 weeks and they will get it to me when they get it to me. I explained to her that I need this as soon as possible as I had to get the information to the Estates company, she informed me that she doesn't care and doesn't remember telling me it would be finished one week from the day the appraisal was done. It had now been 7 business days and still no appraisal. I highly recommend not using this company, they are very unprofessional.
